PLACING AN ORDER
WHICH CURRENCIES CAN I SHOP IN?
The currency on our website is in AUD (Australian Dollars) and you will be charged in AUD.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING?
We offer a flat rate shipping of $8 for standard delivery anywhere within Australia. For express shipping, we charge $10 flat rate.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED AND HOW CAN I TRACK DELIVERY?
Once your order details are confirmed, your item will be carefully prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days. You can follow the delivery progress by checking the tracking number provided in dispatch email you will receive after placing your order.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days AFTER dispatch.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
If you’ve changed your mind and wish to return your product, go for it within 30 days! You can send it back to us (unopened and in original condition) via tracked shipping at your expense. Contact us at email@example.com and we will give you a returns number and further details. Your refund will be processed once we receive your unopened product back here at The Good Lash Co. Please note that we only provide return labels for returning faulty items. You will need to bear the cost of return shipment if you wish to refund or exchange your order due to change of mind.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Your refund will be processed once we receive your order unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact. You will be refunded the original method of payment, excluding delivery costs.
CAN I RETURN MY USED ITEM?
Due to the nature of the products, we are unable to resell used items so we will not be able to accept the return of used items unless the product is faulty.
It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please advise Customer Service as soon as possible by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a return label so that you can return the faulty item and where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a full refund of the defective item.
